Organic Produce
In an effort to provide the freshest and healthiest produce available, we carry only organically grown fruits and vegetables, and maintain high quality standards. Local farmers supply us with a wide variety of crops from mesclun greens, kale and chard, to carrots, potatoes and squash, as they become available.

Grocery
We focus on carrying products free of artificial ingredients & preservatives. When possible we only carry products grown by certified organic methods.  We carry a full line of grocery items from cereal to soy sauce, as well as dairy and cheese products, bulk foods and herbs, locally raised free range chicken and egges, and organic meats.  You‘ll also find products that meet special dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free and yeast-free items. 

Vitamins and Herbal Supplements
A combination of experience, staff trainings and reference materials allow our employees to help customers make informed decisions on alternative health care. We offer high quality vitamins and herbs, a wide selection of homeopathic medicine, and flower essences for the overall health of our customers.
