Fitness Classes at Royal River Natural Foods!
We are looking to fill a part time position as a Grocery Attendant/Cashier, retail experience preferred, but not necessary. Individual must be self-motivated, focused, detail-oriented and have effective time management skills. This is a part time job, 16 hours/week.
Hot Soup: Minestrone, Veggie Chili and Miso
Hot Dish: Chicken Tikka with rice
Chopstick Sushi on Mon, Wed & Fri
Selections may change during the day.
Mon: Kale, Cucumber, Apple
Tues: Beet, Celery, Apple, Ginger
Wed: Kale, Spinach, Celery, Parsley, Cucumber, Apple
Thurs: Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Carrot, Apple
Fri: Red Cabbage, Chard, Beet, Apple, Ginger

Eat a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack to keep your metabolism active. Raw vegetable sticks and unsalted raw nuts and seeds make great snack choices. They’re rich in vitamins, minerals, and beneficial enzymes. Fresh fruit, half an avocado, and low-fat yogurt are also satisfying choices that will keep your motor going.
